Rufus, my sole rater (so far) has suggested that the Trencher be patented. Well...patenting would be a great idea if I was in the business of making implements but I'm just a weekend welder with little patience for that kind of process. We'd considered refining this one product and marketing it but there are proprietary license and liability issues that need to be considered, lest you risk an appearance in court. The list of 'why nots' goes on... Fact is, I would be happy to see someone take the idea and profit from it. I admire anyone who can take an idea, run with it and make something substantial happen. If I can figure out how to add more pictures to the project, I'll post them later.
