Can a Mahe beta 190 hf do stick (rod) welding?

Hi all, I am a retired engineer who is used to mig,gas, and arc (stick) welding. I have recently swapped my Fermi h.f stick welder for a Mahe Beta 190 HF, tig welder that came without the torch. I had it because I want to learn tig welding for ali', but not having a manual for it I do not know how to operate it, or what the symbols on the front panel mean other than gas and flow latency. most every tig welder will also stick weld.
