Contact Tip Recess

Will my MIG welds improve in appearance if I use a nozzle that is flush with the contact tip? Would this set up be more prone to getting burnback? Thanks!!!

for short circuit mig, with 75/25 argon/co2, if the tip is recessed back in the nozzle, getting it at least flush will help a lot..

i have not found burnbacks to be a problem doing this.
