Do you own one like this ?

Does any one out there own or have used a tig welder like this it is a BUTTER 160 AC/DC TIG.
This is my first time with a tig welder.
If like me you first looked at the welder then looked at the badley photo copied manual that came with ,unreadable ,no use and the paper was to course to wipe your arse on .Any way if you know some thing about these can you give me a idea how to set it up to weld
2-3mm aly ,all those knobs on it must do some thing.
