I have been using a Shanhai Soyi NBC 250T now for about 2 years. Since I work here in China, I really had no choice but to buy a machine manufactured here. It works great, has IGBT's and several adjustments for arc characteristics( not really sure what they do...). There is one peculiar thing, there is no wire feed adjustment and the volts and amps can be changed independently. I have trial and errored it to get the best performance though.
