Fitting new guages to bottles.

Hi, do i need to use a sealing tape like PTFE when attaching a set of new guages to a bottle of Argon.
Or, do i just screw the guages on and make sure theyre tight.

for the cylinder connection, just screw it on tight.

only the other connections like to the flowmeter need tape.
