help with co2 gas metal arc weld settings

Material: 12mm carbon steel (250 grade)
Wire: 1.2mm
Gas: 100% CO2
Position: Vertical up fillet

Can you please help with weld settings, ie:

just a starting point...

Volts: ? 24
Amps: ? 200--210
Gas Flow Rate:? 25-35 cfh
