Is there a chart for temperature settings and wire speed on 1/4 inch steel (overhead) for mig welding?

My brother just got a job and although he has experience in welding he is trying to "winging it" in the mig welding department. Any help would be appreciated.

i like to use millers weld calculator.

but i usually turn the wire speed down by about 15%.

the miller site is built with flat and horizontal in mind but the settings work for overhead too if you trim the wire speed like i say.
