Try to clean the 4-5 point contacts on the back side of the selector. If dirty they will cause you to lose contact. After cleaning put some petroleum jelly on the contacts to keep them from getting dirty or contaminated again. If that don't work, stop having people second guessing and call or e-mail a"MILLER ELECTRIC" tech.
