Kiwi engineer

I bought a very similar welder (Chinese 160 amp Tig, Arc, Plasma) made by a company called rilon or rillon. Works perfectly, tig welds up to 10mm (3/8) plate and cuts up to 8mm plate well or 10mm plate at a stretch (starts to get to hot to run cont).

Only problem I have had is when the thermo sensor on the main transformer broke. There is little or no support for these machines. Luckily I bought mine through a friend with a good knowledge of them, he figured out what was wrong and radio spares had a replacement part no problem.

I have had this machine for over three years and use it weekly, I am very happy with it. Support may be an issue for some.
