my take on it is i've bought some stuff that was a little shaky like a victor style type torch...

*does it work? yes

*does it do what its suposed to do? yes

*does it cost a lot less? oh yeah

*do i catch alot of crap from other welders?
oh yeah

I am just scared of the electricity end of it.

in Europe and China electricity is measured and worked with differently... that would be only concern .
