Need help

I have a Miller Big 20. It is pretty old and I am having some issues with it. My question is were on this computer can I go for troubleshooting tips? It has a teledyne Continental motor, 4 cyl gas. A Marvel Schebler carb. I rebuilt the carb. It welds fine when it will start, it starts fine when the motor is cool. As soon as you use it for a while and shut it down come back after lunch, it will not start. Could ya'll please tell me a website to go to or maybe one of you have had the same problem. I have taken 2 yrs. of college mechanics and this thing has me puzzled. I would greatly appreciate any input.

YOU COULD HAVE A FUEL FILTER , IF IT HASNT BEEN CHANGED . IF TANK IS NOT ABOVE CARB A HOLE IN A HOSE COULD DO IT OR A RESTRICTED LINE OR DIRT IN TANK. THESE ARE IF YOU HAVE A LEAN CONDITION WHEN IT HEATS UP. THESE TYPES OF ENGINES SOMETIMES BURN UP THE COIL ,BECAUSE IF THEY RUN OUT OF FUEL THE KEY IS LEFT ON . CHANGE THE COIL .REMEMBER , BECAUSE IT ONLY DOES IT SOMETIMES THE BAD PARTS MAY TEST GOOD .LIKE THE COIL.SO DONT BE AFRAID TO CHANGE SOME ELETRICAL PARTS TO SEE IF IT FIXES IT .GOOD LUCK THE HARDER IT IS TO FIX IT THE MORE SATISFIED YOU WILL BE WHEN YOU FIND THE PROBLEM

Sounds like a fuel problem. Could be vaporizing. Check your carb temp and check fuel lines for proper routing. Shied the carb. Hope this helps
