oklahoma certification

can i take my current good standing certification from Arkansas and simply apply with out testing in Oklahoma with out taking the test again?

It does happen, but it not consistent. Every situation is different.

The only way you will know is to call the person in charge.

With some welding codes, there is provision for the engineering authority or contractor to accept previous certifications that comply.

but they dont have to.
