plate stainless steel ss 316L

what happen when we weld plate SS 316L using electrode E 6013 and e7018?can some one help me to the plate structure and hardness..

Are you kidding?

Why would anyone want to do this? 316L is very corrosion resistant and also very expensive.

Welding with carbon steel electrodes destroys the stainless properties and will result in an unpredictable weld.
