On my welding table at work, I have 7 2.5 inch square tube holes in the top, and have mounted my work vice, small steel bender, right angle vice, and some clamps on 2 inch square tube. Basically, a receiver hitch type thing. That way if I need my vice ect. on a certain place on the work table, I simply pull it up and out of one pocket and slip it into another.
