small fish eye inside of tig purge weld 1.25" pipe .125 wall

purge might have not been perfect at first and the fish eye might be just deposited island of oxidation

if it is a sure enough crater hole, then exiting the weld too quickly is the likely cause. For that thickness, i am guessing you are only doing a single pass so you are penetrating and need to trail out more gradually before breaking the arc
