Tombstne tig welder w/ hi freq

I have a Lincoln AC/DC 125/225 tombstone welder set up for tig. Can I hook up a hi freq unit for welding aluminum to it? And if so what units would work?

you probably could do that. but high frequency units are hard to find and sometimes cost a lot.

I have seen some on craigslist and ebay and sometimes they are incorrectly advertised as welding machines.

i used to have a lincoln high freq box hooked up to an old ac buzz box and it worked ok but not great.
