Welder performance qualification test

When a welder has passed a welding test on a 2'' schedule 160 pipe coupon which has a wall thickness of .344 what is the minimum and maximum wall thickness that he is qualified to weld according to asme section IX.

I still cant find my pdf of asme section IX.
