welding certs

I am looking for some type of welding spec or standard to put on a drawing that does not require a certification

I dont think it exists.

but here is something to think about...

a welding certification test can be as simple as a t joint that is welded and then bent in a vise.

how hard is that to do and document?

there are qualification limitations but the welder is technically certified.
