WSE250

OK...
I posted earlier on a Chinese WSE200 which I purchased
from a company in Pomona, CA named Extreme Power.
The welder initiated a beautiful arc very easily in both AC and DC modes, but would not heat up the metal enough to form a puddle. The unit was returned and I upgraded to their WSE250 model.
I just unboxed it, plugged it in, and this thing works great. The welder is not the weak link here, it's the guy using it! I practiced for 3 hours non stop, steel, aluminum, ss.... JODY! You make it look easy!!!

Anyway, I had one little problem when I was done for the day. The on/off switch would not switch off! I called the company, and they will send me a new switch. There was a posting on here about the worry of not being able to get parts for these cheap Chinese made units.
This rep told me no problem getting parts, so I will see.

All in all, this welder will do everything I need it to do for 20% the cost of a Miller or Lincoln. That's alot of electrodes, filler rods, and gas if you ask me.

You can be a diehard Joe USA if you want and spend your hard earned $$$ on a Miller. I'll spend my hard earned $$$ on American made Miller too (beer)!
