This kind of work is the result of a non drug free work place..it has to be,no one in their right mind would make these kinds of errors repeatedly,and think that shit would flush.Sadly we have all had to work with what I call "Mush Heads".This video is another example of why drugs are also known as "DOPE",I don't think a sober person would be so consistently negligent
