At what angle does a weld become vertical

We are running a metal core wire and have a ramp to weld which is a 15.5 degree rise. At what degree does the position change?

I believe 15 degrees is the cut off.

At least Thats how i interpret the position charts in AWS D1.1 and other AWS docs like B2.1
