My 1st tig project
This guy is doing what I want to be doing, that is, auto construction.
My first and so far only TIG experience is a valveless pulse jet.
I tried to include a picture of it but that didn't work out.
I used a lot of rod, tungsten, and argon for this. It is 18 ga. sheet metal for the cone combustion chamber, soft plug for the front end.
The plug mount is cold rolled bar stock and the intake and exhaust pipes are 4130 from my brothers shop.
The spark plug and soft plug are the only materials I had to buy. It works very good. This pic was shot right after my first test run.
