Tig controll

I have a Everlast 205 ac/dc tig/arc with a foot pedal,,this particular foot pedal has a dial/adjusting nob on it with no numbers or % of anything..these numbers are next to the nob but I think they are the mod# FT-2.2K-CL,,,,,Question is what is it for and how do I set it???????

I think that knob is the main amperage so you can increase your max amperage without walking to the machine.

seems unnecessary to me.
