using nr 232 .072 wire

I'm getting what looks like worm holes under the flux.
i am welding at 19 volts and about 100 wire feed
I have tried changing voltage and wire speed but still get it

Some wires like nr 232 are pretty sensitive to voltage settings. sometimes even .5 volt less makes a big difference.
