what are some settings for overhead fcaw with 75/25 gas ?

It all depends on the size of the wire and the manufacturer recommended settings..
but to get in the ball park, you can use millers weld calculator for flux core.

the best thing to do is look up the manufacturers pdf spec. it will list dead nuts settings along with polarity ..
