flux-cored GTAW filler procedure for 316L

I'm working on developing a procedure for welding 316L with a 316L flux-cored filler rod. The material is 3/16" thick and was just wondering if there is any specific technique that can be used to obtain a sound weld without failing radiography for sugaring. The procedure is intended to eliminate the use of back purge gas, the torch will be shielded with argon.

Please keep us posted on your progress. I have not done this but maybe others have and would like to chime in
