Help with 035 flux core settings

Pretty much new to mig. Decent rod and tig experience. Trying to run 035 flux core on a miller regency 250. 22a feeder. Yes, it I'd electrode negative. What are some good voltage and speed settings to start with? Having a hard time getting it to run smooth.
