help with metal core settings

Hey just wondering a good setting for metal core horizontal and should I push or pull while welding in the horizontal position ?

for anyone looking for settings for metal core wire,
lincoln is always a good resource for flux core as well as metal core settings.
just make sure to read closely and look for the proper size wire settings.
