I cann't change welding power is ( high or low ) only

When I change the current selector switch to decrease or increase the welding current , I don't have any effect in welding operation only two stage very high or very low welding intensity
So,
I test by " AVO meter " The switch of current adjustment , it's OK

welding machine type is Miller Millermatic 400
