TIPS:A relatively short stickout aka contact to work distance CTWD of 3/8” to 1/2" makes a big difference.
There is a wide range of settings that will work on outside corner joints depending on the desired outcome and customer requirements.
Lower wire speed settings slow the travel speed and can achieve a certain desired appearance...but the main goal should always be to achieve a sound weld.
