mig to tig

Hello. Can I hook a air cooled tig torch to my miller 210 mig and run a argon bottle

Nope, wont work...sorry.

I have tried it just for kicks. and there is no control. mig welders are constant voltage and tig welders are constant current....so its apples and oranges as far as a power source.

there are some newer inverter welders that can mig and tig but with an inverter, the manufacturer can manipulate things a lot inside the machine.
