pipe welding monel, set/ up, tecniques, for a pipe test

hi got a tig test for a job start, am an experienced welder , but haven't welded monel , tig/stick cap , on2"pipe, 6g,any tips guys ???,

is it similar to stainless?

plus also got 6" fleet root/carbon pipe,fill cap/low hydrogen any tips on gap /root face/polarity for root/amps etc, its years since i've fleet rooted pipe, cheers guys.
