Tungsten storage

Take the plastic tube that 5 or 10 lb tig rod comes in and cut the butt end off with scissors or a sharp knfe (or whatever)to 3 or 4 inches long, put your tig torch length tungsten in and cap it with the soft plastic cap that came with the tube when you bought it. You can keep it in your shirt pocket with a dozen or so pre-sharpened sticks of tungsten for hours of welding fun without having to stop to sharpen!
