This is the PQR we use to qualify with. Having trouble controlling reinforcement on back side. Any suggestions?

having a hard time reading your pqr but I think i saw ams 1595a.

by changing the depth of the groove of your support bar to about half of what you have listed,....050" instead of .100" might help a lot.
