loans for test and seminar

hello, just wanting to throw a ? out there. Is there a institution or company that will loan you the money?

i have already asked the bank no job no loan.

I have never heard of a loan for taking a cwi exam or certification test. But I would recommend calling hobart institute of welding technology 800-332-9448 to see if there are assistance programs for displaced workers, unemployed workers, etc. its worth a call.
