Lincoln NR211 self shielded flux core wire is a E71T-11 class flux core wire that is not recommended for certain seismic applications or for multiple pass welds.
NR211 is fine for stuff like galvanized fencing or general light duty stuff
But a better choice for multiple pass welds would be Hobart Fabshield 21b.
