TAP FOOT PEDAL TO MAX AMPS QUICKLY MAKING SURE THAT THERE IS ZERO GAP IN THE LAP JOINT.

OR USE A TORCH SWITCH...OR SET MACHINE TO PANEL AMPS SO THAT FOOT CONTROL IS A SWITCH.
