welding tape certification

Looking to get my cert with this ceramic tape ?

I am a combo pipe welder
Have welded Mig / Pulse Mig also
S/S ,Carbon ,Aluminum
Where do i go to get where i want to be ?

one way is to test for employment for an employer who requires it. It is used more on structural type jobs like shipyards etc.
